We undertake not to provide you with any communication that you have not opted for. If you don’t wish to receive communication by one or any of the following methods: email, post, fax or telephone, please contact our Customer Services with your request.

Online Security

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure all your personal information, including credit card and personal details stay safe during and after an online transaction. We use Sage Pay as a secure payment gateway to handle and process all online credit card transactions.

How can you be sure any connection is secure? Simply look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing a server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), the SSL is active and your information secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from 'http' to 'https.'

If you have ordered online from other sites you have this software and should not experience any problems ordering with us. In case you experience trouble completing your shopping process because your browser software does not support the SSL technology, you can request a Purchase Order Requisition, or seek assistance from your organisation's IT team. Please see our FAQ page for details on how to request a PO Requisition.
