OFFICIAL ORDERS:

We offer instant credit to Government funded organisations provided their order is placed on an officially authorised LEA requisition or school purchase order form showing the official order number. Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice.

PERSONAL:

We would be pleased to accept your credit card (Access, Mastercard, Amex or Visa.) Credit card orders under £ 20.00 will incur a £1 transaction charge. Alternatively send a cheque with your order for the correct amount. (Please remember to add £6.50 carriage and handling charge and 20% VAT). INSET PROVISION:

Articles of Faith Ltd is able to offer in-service for teachers covering a wide range of RE and related topics, tailored to your individual needs. Of course we specialise in the use of artefacts backed up by our fascinating exhibitions and displays. We also have specialist trainers on RE and ICT or in the Gift to the Child method (see page 50). Alternatively we can supply an unmanned static display which we can send to you if you are organising your own RE training day. Ask Helena in customer services for more information. Christine Howard has held a responsible position in the Inspection and Advisory Services for an LEA and is well known for her interesting, informative and lively training sessions with teachers. She brings a wealth of teaching experience to her in-set. Sharon Artley is a Promethean and Smart Interactive Whiteboard Trainer and Julie Grove is the former RE Inspector for Solihull and one of the authors of The Gift to the Child. TRAINING VIDEO

Looking for ideas for an RE training day? Then buy our inset video, which has been reduced in price to only £10.99. Christine Howard shares her experience and offers ideas on how to use artefacts effectively. She includes many of the activities she uses at her own workshops, and explains the methodology behind the activities. We have included inset collections in this catalogue which complement the activities on the video and we also recommend her books: Every Picture Tells a Story and Investigating Artefacts which are listed on pages 53 and 56.

DELIVERY:

Orders are normally sent out in rotation. We endeavour to despatch goods within five working days of receiving the order though we ask you to allow 28 days. If you require goods by a certain date, please indicate this on your order form and we will do our best to ensure you are not disappointed. Please remember that the beginning of term and the end of the financial year are very busy periods so order well in advance. Postage is added to your first invoice only. There is no additional charge for back orders.

TERMS:

All goods are sold subject to availability. Whilst we endeavour to supply goods as described it is sometimes necessary for us to substitute items.

DAMAGED GOODS AND SHORTAGES:

If there is a problem with any of the items you have ordered please notify us immediately and no later than seven days after receipt of your order. Please note: Goods are not available on sale or return. Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement. Because of copyright issues IT, Videos and DVDs are never returnable, unless faulty. Prices are those current at time of despatch and are quoted net of VAT which will be added to all UK and EC orders where applicable.

REMITTANCES:

Payment may be made by credit card, cheque or by credit transfer. Where credit is provided payment is required within 30 days from the invoice date. Articles of Faith reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue invoices. Goods remain the property of Articles of Faith Ltd., until they are paid for in full.
